Hot H2O kills sperm.: Hi Karina 0626 Yes, sperm cells are quite delicate and need to be ejaculated IN the vagina, as close to the cervical os (opening) as possible for them to work. When guys do a sperm test and ejaculate into a container, there is a large amount of the sperm that are not motile. Anything below 50% motility is not normal and below 25% could be problematic. Sperm on your clothing will not make you preg.
