Yes, sperm cells are quite delicate and need to be ejaculated IN the vagina, as close to the cervical os (opening) as possible for them to work. When guys do a sperm test and ejaculate into a container, there is a large amount of the sperm that are not motile. Anything below 50% motility is not normal and below 25% could be problematic. Sperm on your clothing will not make you preg.
