May help, no cure: Most fungal/yeast infections (thrush) of the penis are under the foreskin, causing balanitis (inflammation of the head of the penis). Retracting the foreskin and washing with soap and water a couple times a day often is efffective. A "salt bath" might help as part of such a hygiene program, but in itself won't cure yeast. If these steps don't clear it up, see a doctor for antifungal treatment.
