Low risk: What you're describing is a "close call". If the condom did not come off chances are low but it only takes one sperm and we can "never say never". Your partner should consider taking Plan B if in doubt. In the future, she may also consider using contraception.

Good chance: depend on her ovulation time and her last period.you had a very risky pregnancy event,in spite that you thought that the condom was not completely off but because it was partially slipped that mean there is a good chance the semen will be in her vagina, so chance of pregnancy is high
