At 25 first you should go on diet, do daily exercises you may not need surgery , will avoid some risk associated with procedures and you will feel great ..

First: see a plastic surgeon to see if you are even a candidate for a tummy tuck vis-à-vis your cardiopulmonary symptoms. Only the healthiest of patients should have a concomitant tummy tuck and hiysterectomy. If you smoke quit. You can have the operations in either order but if the TT is 1st, it would be good if the plastic surgeon could open and close for the gyn if they need to go through the abdomen.
