Son punctured my ear with comb and now bleeding?

Likely ok: Clean with mild soap, pat dry and cover. Watch for sign of infection over next few days as it heals (surrounding/expanding redness, pus, swelling, poor wound closure, pain). Unlikely that comb could have passed far enough into the ear to damage the eardrum.
