Pregnant?: Bleeding after being two weeks late (assuming you have had regular 28-34 day cycles) with cramping and nausea can indicate a pregnancy in the tube or outside of the womb. This type of pregnancy produces lower levels of pregnancy hormone, and urine testing may not be positive. See your healthcare provider and obtain a serum HCG test. If positive, schedule an ultrasound exam immediately.
