Pregnant?: Implantation bleeding can be very light, and pregnancy is possible with the symptoms you have related. Get an HCG serum test for pregnancy in about 10 days if your period has not started to be certain. If the level is positive, but low, see your healthcare provider to make sure a pregnancy is not in the tube (outside the womb).
