Menactra: According to the manufacturer, immunity begins to decline after 2-3 years but may last as long as 5. The initial dose is recommended at 11-12 years, with a booster at 16-18 years. The highest risk for contracting this disease seems to be for those living in close quarters , such as in dormitories.
