Do a pregnancy test: A urine pregnancy test and or blood test should be done. Important to know earlier than latter so you have options. Also check blood for prolactin and thyroid since both these hormones can be the cause delayed periods and prolactin can cause milky discharge from the nipples. Still early for the Stomach to be bigger if early positive pregnancy.
