Ideal body weight: A simple formula for women is to allow 100 pounds for being 5 feet tall and add 5 pounds for every inch taller than 5 feet. A fluctuation of 10 pounds in either direction of ideal weight is considered healthy. Increase your metabolism by eating a healthy breakfast, including healthy fats in your diet, such as avocado, salmon, nuts, drinking green tea, regular exercise and regular sleep pattern.
