Side effect: One of the frequent side effects from antidepressants such as Prozac and Paxil, (paroxetine) is that they migh decrease sexual desire, erctile dysfunction and retarded ejaculation . This might be the reason why your nocturnal emissions have stopped. You might need to ask your doctor if there are other issues.
