Please seek help: That is a dramatic cough. You should see a doctor. YOu may have a viral infection or even pertussis which can cause a dramatic cough, often punctuated by vomiting. You are also possibly having a vaso-vagal reaction and passing out due to the cough. Please seek help. happy healing and good luck.

COUGH SYNCOPE: COUGH WITH SYNCOPE IS VERY UNUSUAL.:CLASSICALLY ASSOCIATED WITH ARMOLD CHIARI . You need evaluation for acute bronchitis :exam/labs and CXR done to rule out pneumonia. You will probably need a course of antibiotics and a nebulizer to give deeper penetration for medication Please get evaluated promptly! If wheezing is progressive a course of steroids may be tried.
