Nasal carriage: this could be nasal carriage of staph. This means that you may have a cunning staff infection in your nostrils. You can talk your physician about giving you mupirocin that you can put into your nose every day to help control the infection. You can also be evaluated to see if there's other issues with your health that could put you at risk for having boils.

Blood vs Skin source: Usually boils stem from the normal bacteria on the skin. A cut or minor skin breakdown leads to a small infection setting up just under the skin. Infections in the bloodstream are very serious. We do not usually see bacteria in the bloodstream seed into the skin. Have your next boil cultured. We need to know if it is a resistant bacteria, this will guide treatment. Hope this helps!
