Probably: scabies is such an itchy rash that you would know if you had it. rashes are best diagnosed by being seen. so see your doctor if concerned

Not sure: Scabies would have other symptoms besides the rash being on specific locations and extreme itchiness. For rashes, a picture is generally better than a thousand words, for which they can be diagnosed by a simple glance by an experienced physician. Feel better soon
