RUSTY NAIL CLIPPERS: NOT A GREAT IDEA! Get yourself a new nail clipper. And change them often.

I probably wouldn't: Hard to say...how much rust are we talking about, is it in a location that would even contact the nail or skin..are there any open sores that the rust can get into...so many things to think about. I'd just cut my losses and buy another clipper for 79 cents....or, however, many Rupees it would cost...can't be that expensive, right? Then, you avoid having to give yourself a tetanus shot later! :)
