can i get pregnant while on the implanon i had my period two weeks ago and now i just spotted for one day and i'm cramping but no bleeding.. ?

Unlikely: implanon if placed appropriately and if you were not precious to its placement and if you are not extremely over weight it is an excellent long acting reversal contraception. If ever worried do a urine or blood pregnancy test .
