Betadine prep?: If an orange-brown solution was used to clean area prior to blood draw, may be a reaction to it, in which case, topical Benadryl (diphenhydramine) ointment should improve in 1-2 days. If not, or if doesn't, should see your Dr or an Urgent Care Dr for diagnosis and treatment.
