Could be many things: Vertigo, dehydration, inner ear problems, or primary neurological problems are all on the list. If this is bothersome, or persistent, see a primary care provider for a proper evaluation. Hope this helps!

Many things: the list of possible causes is extremely long. Too numerous to list here. He really needs a medical examination and testing. Please have them see a doctor. Sorry this was not more helpful. Best of luck. Dr. R
