Go to ER: Something's not right about your blood pressure reading. Higher number should be on top. Assuming you're same guy as https://www.healthtap.com/#user_questions/6721342, it's probably best to get checked out in ER. You can always write back while in waiting room. Best wishes.

Hypertension: Your bp numbers sound reversed as the systolic would be higher than the diastolic. 183/133 would constitute a hypertensive crisis and is best managed in the hospital emergency room at this time. The elevated blood sugar doesn't necessarily require emergency room treatment however. Call your physician about your bp or head to the er first if you're symptomatic or can't get a hold of him/her.
