Yes but . . .: I'd say go to ER but not b/c blood sugar is 210 but b/c you "feel out of place" whatever that means. Or better yet, call your Family Doc. S/he or oncall service can tell you what to do about your sugar. Perhaps you'll feel better once it comes down a bit. OTOH perhaps sugar is high reflecting underlying infection that needs to be addressed & treated which brings you back to ER.

Depends: If your blood sugar has been elevated for several days and other symptoms suggesting associated dehydration and acidosis( rapid breathing, weakness, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, loss of appetite), then you must go to the emergency room for urgent treatment. If,however, your diabetes has been quite controlled and this is only a recent spike with no other systemic symptoms, you consult the MD on call

Seek Help: If you feel bad, the answer is yes. The 210 number wouldn't mean the ER by itself. Is there anyone who can drive you there? If no and dizzy, call 911.
