Low calcium ? : You may have low Ca levels, but claudication, a sign similar to this may cause cramping. I suggest you go see your cardiologist ASAP, or visit the local ER or urgent care center and possibly have a full checkup, find out your cardiac health now and go from there. It may save your life !
