Hypo- vs hypercalcem: Excess calcium (hypercalcemia) may present w/bone pain & muscle weakness (http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/hypercalcemia/basics/symptoms/con-20031513). Lack of calcium in blood may present w/muscle aches, cramps & spasms (http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/hypoparathyroidism/basics/symptoms/con-20030780). Best to go see your GP w/your concerns.
