Unrelated: Subclinical hypothyroidism is a laboratory finding/diagnosis in which you are completely asymptomatic (no symptoms). So tingling in throat that resolves on own is unrelated. If any difficulty or painful swallowing, go see your Family Doc & ENT. But do mention your concerns to prescribing physician as possible side effect of Aripiprazole (http://www.drugs.com/sfx/aripiprazole-side-effects.html).
