May be: Science has not evolved enough to provide a clear cut answer, with examples.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Not allowed to say..: This is an exciting and advancing area of medicine. Doctors are precluded from saying YES due to the present FDA status. We also don't have to say NO. Due to FDA regulations, it is reasonable for your to seek regenerative medicine/stem cell options to SUPPORT health (we can't even really say disease). You can see this difference by searching international web sites with fewer regulations

Not yet.: Stem cells are currently used in bone marrow transplants used to treat leukemia. But they may have the potential to treat diseases such as cancer, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injuries, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, multiple sclerosis, and muscle damage. However, more work is needed.
