Yes - birth control: Go see your Family Doc, GYN or Planned Parenthood about your concerns. S/he can prescribe hormonal birth control to help you deal w/menses. If you'd like, ask for oral contraceptives that set you up for quarterly eg Seasonale/Seasonique or even just annual period eg Amethyst.
