Technically yes: Fluticasone proprionate just as likely. Hope it works on the openings of the eustachian tubes back of throat. But might find nasal or oral decongestants pop them open better. But only use nasal decongestants a couple days. Sadly often need to call doc for prednisone. ETD can last weeks, months tho. Jus' sayin'. Sorry. Don't shoot the messenger
