Ablation: ablations can work great for some but not all if the lining regrnerates or u have adenomyosis. This not that abnormal but you may need an ultrasound to evaluate.

Ablation "periods": The ablation failing may not be the cause, rather a uterine growth such as a fibroid under the lining of the uterus may be. Ablations can and do fail by their nature depending upon the manner in which it was done. Go see a GYN MD to see what is causing the bleeding and what treatment options are available.
