A guess, but...: ...probably you are hurting and turn in the night to relieve this. If it really is painful, prop yourself on your side with pillows so you really can't move easily in your sleep. And remind yourself as you are going to sleep that you want to be on your side, not your stomach. So if you wake up in the night that might be the first thing that comes to mind and you will move back to best position
