Sounds like you need: An in-person evaluation. It will be helpful to determine if you are bleeding from your vagina or when you are urinating, so you may consider placing a sanitary pad in your underwear to help identify any vaginal bleeding. But in either case, with pelvic pains, it's possible that you have some sort of infectious process brewing that should be evaluated.
