Sounds like yeast: Itching is the most frequent complaint with a yeast infection. If there is a discharge it is usually discribed as cottage cheese-like but there is not always a discharge seem and it can have other appearences.Swelling is also common. You can try OTC antifungals like mycelex (clotrimazole) or monistat or see your PCP, GYN, or urgent care for oral medications. The topical meds will likely cause a burning sensation
