Address Anxiety: There are many benign reasons for having a dull ache on left side for 4 mos, besides anything pancreas related. There are more concervative tests (lab work, ultrasound) that can be done before a CT with high radiation exposure. I empathize with ur anxiety, but if it is impairing ur quality of life, please seek cognitive behavioral therapy, and initiate exercise, yoga, meditation, etc. Take Care
