Depressed?: Depression occurs when a person not only feels sadness and agitation but other symptoms as not sleeping well /sleeping excessively, not eating/eating excessively, nightmares and otherwise disturbed sleep, social withdrawal from friends and previously enjoyable activities. Negative views about self, the world and future can occur. Sometimes thoughts of self harm are present. Seek help if depressed.
