Not likely: Most patients will have "morning sickness" after 7 weeks of gestation. It is unlikely to happen very early in pregnancy. If you are having morning sickness earlier then 7 weeks then you may want to evaluate your gestational age (a transvaginal ultrasound) can determine your gestational age with excellent accuracy.
