Possible earinfectio: ear pain can be generated from your ear, or a bad tooth, or from jaw pain, like TMJ. if you have a fever, it would suggest an infection, which may require antibiotics to clear.

Ear vs TMJ: May be middle ear or external ear infection. Most common cause of ear pain not due to ear is TMJ. Could be other things. See ENT doc to sort out. If TMJ, see TMJ expert.
