Cooler is usually : better than hotter. 86° seems rather hot to store any type of pharmaceuticals. You can always call the manufacturer, and assess their customer service line what to do. That's always a great option!

Should be okay: Few meds are adversely affected by temperatures cooler than recommended, especially when still above freezing (32 degrees). However, many meds are adversely affected by prolonged exposure temperatures exceeding room temperature. If in doubt, you can always call manufacturers customer service number or ask your pharmacist.
