Endometriosis: First thing that comes to mind is endometriosis, which is when cells from the uterus grow in other areas of the body. The pain can happen wherever the cells grow, like the inside of the abdomen or colon, and it's usually worse around your period. First step in getting this evaluated is to see your gynecologist.
