Pregnancy: It is way to early for her to be pregnant enough to find out. She may have vomited for alot of reasons. Wait until she misses a period before you attempt to test.

Take pregnancy test: Well, she should take pregnancy test, not you. But tests are only accurate if she misses her period. As long as you used condoms each & every time, it's less likely that she's pregnant. Depending upon how you count days, if less than 72hrs since sex, she could also consider emergency contraception like i-Pill (but not w/o risk http://goo.gl/XQ6tc & http://goo.gl/fbLvglj).
