Unlikely: If you are taking your birth control pills at the same time everyday, it is unlikely that vomiting once is due to pregnancy. There are a lot of other things that can cause dizziness and vomiting. As long as it goes away and you don't have other symptoms, it is unlikely to be anything to worry about. Hope this helps.
