A member asked:

4 days late & have very light cramping not like the usual painful ones. i have been active, should i test for pregnancy? or wait?

Test it: Episodes of menstrual irregularity are very common and it may be just that. However, if you're 20 year old & sexually active without birth control in place, the chances that you're pregnant are pretty high. I'd suggest testing for pregnancy in couple of days. If "-", repeat it several days later. Blood test for hormonal levels would be more accurate though.
