Painful Ovary: This is a very difficult question to answer without other questions answered. Where at in your menstrual cycle? Not pregnant? and many different questions. You also should have an exam to see where the pain is or is coming from. It is wise to see a physician to have this checked. Good luck to you and I hope you resolve the problem.
