NO: As stated, sperm needs to be inserted in the vagina to get a female pregnant during and or around the time she is fertile (ovulating). The problem with the "pull out" method is that 'pre-ejaculate" is a substance that will be evident before you ejaculate, and may contain some sperm cells, so there is always the chance of possible pregnancy if one is not careful.

Pregnancy: If only two drops came outside then more is left inside. The ejaculate is usually more than two drops. If this is true then there is a risk of pregnancy.

Pregnancy is: possible if pre-ejaculate was released into the vagina. You would have no way to know when it was being released.
