Pleurisy?: Very little history is given but this is consistent with pleurisy. Have you been exercising or doing martial arts? do you have a job that requires physical effort? This could be the cause? Are you on the pill? It could possibly be a pulmonary embolus but is less likely See the doc and have an exam.
