Inflamed zit: It probably got infected, you can try OTC tripple antibiotic ointment, but if you don't see improvement or it got worse see your doctor. Feel better.

R/O CELLULITIS: Cellulitis is a superficial skin infection that can be caused after an abrasion . Keep the area clean and apply topical antibiotics. Seek prompt evaluation for potential need of oral antibiotics/X-ray /labs.
