the pass couple of days my testicles have had a mild soreness and tender to the touch. i am scared about testicle torsion, was told that was very pain?

Doubtful: Torsion usually affects only one side. If both hurt, the causes could be an infection of the prostate, the epididymus (a part overlying the testicle) or even mumps. Call your doctor tomorrow to see if treatment is needed.
