No drug interaction: There is no known negative interactions between these two drugs. Moreover, by the time of surgery your first antibiotic will be gone from your system.

Yes.: As long as you are not allergic to Cephalosporins (Ancef), there should not be any problem. The only issue to look out for is symptoms of a vaginal yeast infection (itching, white vaginal discharge) which can be seen in women taking antibiotics.
