Medications: i would not take motrin with lisinopril. motrin can affect kidney function, and lisinopril modulates kidney function to regulate blood pressure. you can induce a mild kidney injury depending on how much motrin you take a day. i would use the muscle relaxer, and use tylenol (acetaminophen) extra strength instead. this will not interact with lisinopril. hope this helps.
