Heart attack: Cardiac enzymes are for the most part muscle enzymes and can be elevated by anything that causes problems with muscle. The more cardiac specific enzymes will be less bothered but none are perfect. One would have to know what was going on before your enzymes were drawn to speculate what might have happened, including lab error.
