Unlikely Ovulation: get examination if continues. Could be irritation or inflammation or infection. The environment near ovulation does change in the vulva and vagina and perineum and many get moister. Probably not that significant unless continues . Also a diet in high oxalate can cause vulvodynia. So cutting down oxalates or taking calcium citrate can help.
