Hello on my left quadratic side i feel these little lumps on my oblique i assume. and it hurts when i push on it and cough what could it be?

Depend: there is a very small slim chance that could be one of the rare hernia in that side. it could be a lipoma, or a cyst. see a doctor they evaluate you ,assured you, or treat you. if they are multiple as you described them definitely a lipoma, and the condition called lipomatosis.. with that you should have some in other places as well.
