Hydrocodone Alcohol: Hydrocodone is an opioid pain medication. It can cause sleepiness, dizziness, fatigue, depression and decreased memory. Side effects are more likely if you are taking higher dose and more frequently. Alcohol can increase all of these side effects. Drinking one can of beer in addition to Hydrocodone is not fatal.
